New Interpreter Services

The hospital has contracted with a new language interpreter service called Syntes. This service sends interpreters to the hospital for in person interpretation in difficult or critical conversations. The Syntes Language Group is accessed through the hospital supervisor and/or charge nurse.  The following languages can be supported by this service: Amharic, Arabic, American Sign Language (ASL), Bonian, Cantonese, Czech, Dinka, French, Hmong, Italian, Korean, Lao, Mandarin, Nepali, Portuguese, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese.
