Spine Class

Our Spine Class is required for all patients who are scheduled for major spine surgery at The Medical Center of Aurora. We have offered this unique service for more than 18 years as a way to help patients prepare for surgery, and to recover faster. We encourage family members and caretakers to attend the class with the patient.

Class Overview

  • Spine anatomy
  • Preoperative exercises
