Prepared Childbirth: Express

This class is for those who do not wish to attend the more in-depth Prepared Childbirth class or Prepared Childbirth: Weekend course. This course is "Just the Facts." The instructor offers basic information on childbirth and ways to manage pain. There is limited time to practice the skills learned.

Prepared Childbirth: Express is 6 hours and the fee is $45.
