First week of December

Residency Showcase at ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting

Beginning of January (Please contact program coordinator for exact date)

Applications and ALL info for a residency position at The Medical Center of Aurora must be received

End of January (Approximately)

Prospective residents will be contacted by phone to arrange interview dates.  Letters will be mailed to those applicants who are not reachable.

End of January - Beginning of March

Prospective residents will be interviewed on site at The Medical Center of Aurora.

Mid March (Approximately)

Deadline to submit the ASHP Resident Matching Service Rank Order List

End of March

Results of the Match will be released to applicants and program coordinators

End of March - End of April

TMCA will send confirmation of the Match to the residents, who will sign and return the confirmation

Beginning of July

Pharmacy Practice Residency start date at The Medical Center of Aurora
